Jack went missing on June 12, 2007 at approximately 4 pm around Donlands and Mortimer. Jack is sick and needs his medicine. If you see or know where this dog is, please call me at (416) 831-5380 He is a white Chihuahua and has a small amount of brown. He weighs about 5 pounds.
