 We sure could use a little good news. We are living in very troubled times. Our pets only want our love, in turn they provide us with comfort and solace.
With their soulful eyes, and the warmth of their unconditional love, in the difficult days and weeks that lie ahead, the bond between people and their pets will become stronger than ever before. If you have ever looked into the eyes of a shivering, frightened animal and through a simple act of kindness been rewarded by a gentle nuzzle, the sounds of a whimper or a contented purr, then you know exactly what I'm talking about.
As you read about each one of our accomplishments, you can take pride in the knowledge that none of them would have been possible without your help. There are many challenges that lie ahead of us in the months to come, and never forget for a moment, when it comes to fighting cruelty, we don't give up. Ever.
