Rex was a very energetic dog who loved a ball, a Frisbee and particularly swimming at the cottage--which he did this past summer. He was a loving, protective and well-behaved lad who came into our life when he was seven months of age. Rex had been on the street before we were lucky enough to adopt him. He enjoyed an active and healthy life up until this past summer when his back leg became arthritic and he needed assistance to walk. We miss him terribly but are thankful we had him in our life for 16+ years.
