Our husky puppy disappeared from our fenced yard early Friday morning (5:15-5:30 AM Nov 26). The fresh snowfall would have worked in our favour but there are no puppy tracks outside the fence and it looks like someone has taken her. Our yard is completely sealed off and there is no way she could have escaped on her own. We are all feeling pretty sad (we have been searching the neighbourhood along with several of our neighbours since early Friday morning and we have put up posters all around are area. We have posted ads with the Free Press, Kijiji, Animal Services, Humane Society and vets & pet centers in our area, as well as local radio stations. We live in a family neighbourhood in south St Vital. We can be reached at 261-6214 or 470-6005. Bandit is a 3 month old Husky female puppy. She has white legs, chest and stomach. She has black around her eyes, ears and back (with some grey as well). She has short hair and her ears stick up straight. I have posted her photo below. Spread the word. There have been no tips or sightings yet. It's like she disappeared without a trace.
