found a husky no quit a year old wondering around in shinnston west virginia in the pouring rain so i picked her up to prevent her from getting hurt. she is currently at my home and she is really affectionate. if the real owners can describe the collar she is wearing we will gladly return your loving dog. until then she can stay here where she will be well taking care of . we are dog lovers have one ourselves
